How long does my order take to ship?

We typically use USPS Ground Advantage when shipping, which means your package should be received within 2-5 business days of shipping. Shipments are sent out twice per week on Mondays & Fridays.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally. We are looking into options regarding this, and will update you when we have international shipping available.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at birdtownapothecary@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item, to alert us of the damage. The damaged item must be returned to us, once the item has been returned and inspected, a replacement will ship out, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item, to the original payment method within 7 days.
