Deposit
- This purchase is to reserve your spot for your flower preservation piece. The deposit paid will be applied towards your final invoice.
Condition
- You understand that you must coordinate with Birdtown Botanical Oddities for a Drop-Off time and date. (24-72 hours after the event) Drop-Off’s can be made at our Studio location at 78th Street Studios. We are open every Third Friday of every month, and by appointment.
- You understand that getting your flowers to me in a timely fashion will provide the best outcome for your final piece, and your bouquet will be worked with-in the condition that it is received.
- You understand that we will not return to you any damaged, or unusable florals. We will however return any ribbon/ornaments attached to your bouquet.
Processing
-You understand that in some circumstance it may be necessary to omit flowers due to their thickness, flower condition, or space in the selected frame.
-You understand that by placing a deposit down on your preservation you give creative liberty to Birdtown Botanical Oddities to design your bouquet frame. We will ask you for your layout choice, and prior to finalizing will send a mockup that will allow for one set of revisions, due to the fragile nature of the florals.
-You understand that because of the delicate processes included in the preservation of your flowers the turn-around time is 10-16 weeks. There may be delays that can cause the finish time to be longer. If this is the case, we will be in touch and keep you updated.
-You understand that during the pressing process your flowers will change color/shade and appearance. Also, once the frame is complete, the flowers will continue to fade and change color as it ages.
- In the event that you must cancel your order, your deposit will be retained (unless your event is canceled).
